Shipping & Returns



For UK orders, we use Royal Mail and hope your parcel arrives within (approx.) 2-3 working days. If you haven't received it within 5 working days, please email us and we will do our best to track it for you. 

Republic of Ireland & Europe

We have stopped shipping overseas temporarily. 


We want you to be pleased with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging. Please email us for the return address.

We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.

When we have dealt with your parcel, we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have provided your email address. Please remember it can take 3-4 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit-card statement.

If you do not receive our email confirmation within 10 days of sending your return to us, please email us so we can look into it.  

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Lost: If it has been more than 10 working days and your parcel has not been delivered, please get in touch with us, providing the reference number that we send to you by email. We will do our best to track the parcel.

Damaged: If you receive a damaged parcel, please email us pictures of the damage whilst still in its packaging so we can contact our courier services. We do our best to pack everything well and ensure there is protection for your products, however damages can happen and we will deal with them accordingly.
